Without Words Creative Workshop
with artist Loukas Morley Babylon Gallery, Ely

This workshop guided participants through the process of mark making, thereby encouraging them to explore and develop their own unique visual language. It is through making marks that art is created: participants were encouraged to explore gesture and expression in and through a variety of media and colous. Music enabled the process: by redirecting attention away from oneself and placing it instead upon different kinds of music, the self-conscious act of creation gave way to play and improvisation.
